Welcome to NXTGateway, a product owned and operated by Softelo India Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our services (referred to as “Platform”, “Service”, or “NXTGateway”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Definitions

  • “Merchant” – Any individual or entity using NXTGateway to accept payments online.

  • “Customer” – End-user making a payment through NXTGateway on the merchant’s platform.

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” – Refers to NXTGateway and its parent company, Softelo India Pvt Ltd.

  • “Service” – Refers to the payment processing, APIs, dashboards, and related services offered by NXTGateway.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • Be a registered business in India or an individual legally permitted to collect digital payments.

  • Provide valid business/KYC documentation as requested.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any merchant registration without assigning any reason.

3. Services Offered

NXTGateway provides:

  • Payment gateway APIs for UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and more.

  • Settlement processing to merchant bank accounts.

  • Dashboard analytics, invoicing, subscription billing, and webhooks.

The services may evolve over time, and features can be added, removed, or modified without prior notice.

4. Merchant Obligations

By using our platform, merchants agree to:

  • Provide accurate business, contact, and banking information.

  • Ensure that the products or services being sold comply with applicable laws.

  • Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or restricted business activities.

  • Maintain a secure environment for handling customer data.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Fees & Settlements

  • Payment processing charges (MDR) are levied as per the pricing agreed at the time of onboarding.

  • Settlement is typically done on a T+1 business day cycle (excluding bank holidays).

  • NXTGateway reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse settlement in case of disputes, chargebacks, or fraud detection.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

  • You breach these Terms & Conditions.

  • You provide false or misleading information.

  • You are involved in activities deemed harmful, illegal, or reputationally risky.

Merchants may also terminate usage of our service with a written request and a 7-day notice.

7. Data Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your data. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect and use data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and platform technology used by NXTGateway remain the sole property of Softelo India Pvt Ltd. Merchants may not reproduce, copy, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NXTGateway is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

  • Disruptions caused by third-party services such as banks, card networks, or regulators.

  • Disputes between merchants and their customers.

Total liability in any case will not exceed the amount of fees paid by the merchant in the past 30 days.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh.
